With stable and easy-to-use kayaks, exploring the enchanting waterways—from various-sized lakes to narrow straits—becomes a breeze. Designed for paddlers of all skill levels, your journey begins with a brief safety and kayaking lesson. Then, follow our expert guide as they select the best route based on current conditions. At the halfway point, we stop at a kota to enjoy coffee brewed over an open fire and snacks.

Important Information
A basic understanding of English is recommended, as the tour is conducted in English.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult and share the tandem kayak with an adult.
This tour is unsuitable for children under the age of 6 or individuals with heart conditions or significant medical concerns.
Not suitable for individuals with impaired mobility.
Swimming ability is required.
Please note that Apukka Resort does not provide outdoor clothing.

How to Arrive on This Tour?
1. If you stay at Apukka Resort:
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the activity.
2. If you need transportation:
- The price of the activity includes transfers to and from Apukka Resort with our shuttle bus.
- The bus stops are located at:
- Rovaniemi city center: Korkalonkatu 23. Check the location on Google Maps.
- Santa Claus Village: The bus stop (Napapiiri I) by the main road (road E75). Check the location on Google Maps.
- Choose the pick-up point during the booking process.
- You will receive an email with the pick-up details.
- Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the given departure time.
- The transfer won’t wait, so punctuality is essential!
- If you’re late for the transfer, the tour won’t be refunded.
3. If you arrive by car:
- You can park your car in Apukka’s parking lot (Tutkijantie 28, Rovaniemi).
- Arrive at least 20 min before the activity starts.
- Wait at the meeting point until the tour begins.
