Night Auditor for the Front Desk

For the upcoming winter season 2023-2024, Apukka Resort Oy is recruiting a Night Auditor for the Front Desk Team
Your primary tasks as Night Auditor include:
- Check-in & check-out
- Guiding and helping guests
- Taking care of Lobby Bar Riihi
- Promoting souvenir sales from our own shop
- Selling & creating Apukka Adventures activities
- Preparation for the next day & cash register
We are looking for a person who is:
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in customer service work
- Always positive & professional in customer service situations
- Able to function under pressure in a busy environment
- Capable of multitasking, working alone and independently
- Holder of hygiene passport & alcohol passport
We value the following skills:
- Knowledge of our booking systems MEWS and/or FareHarbor
- Other languages skills (especially German, Italian, French & Spanish)
- A suitable degree or education
- Other courses or training within the tourism industry
The work is part-time 75 – 82,30h/ 3 weeks. Two days working, two days off and so one. Possibility to work extra hours. The introduction period begins in the beginning of November. The winter season ends in April 2024. Working hours are between 20:00-04:00.
