Apukka Resort is looking for Sales Assistants for season 2023 – 2024
For the upcoming season 2023-2024, we are looking for customer service professionals to work in our Sales team. Your primary tasks include responding to emails and phone calls with professionalism and genuine customer care and creating reservations in our booking systems with admirable accuracy. The work consists of booking accommodations and activities for our guests, tailoring holiday packages, and other manual digital workflows in the day-to-day work. The sales team works closely with all the other departments of the Resort.
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and excellent customer service skills. We expect professional correspondence, a high level of communication skills, and experience working in a busy environment. We value the ability to function under pressure and the ability to multitask. The work requires quick thinking and accuracy, as well as fluency in written and spoken English. Other language skills are considered an advantage. Previous experience from sales in the tourism industry is an advantage as well as knowledge of our booking systems MEWS and FareHarbor, but we will provide training for these.
Employment starts in August/September 2023 and lasts until March 2024
