Apukka Resort Rovaniemi tarjoaa ainutlaatuisia majoituksia, unohtumattomia elämyksiä sekä herkullisia makuja ympäri maailmaa saapuville vierailleen. Apukan vieraanvaraisen ja ammattitaitoisen tiimin tehtävänä on luoda puitteet ja tunnelma ikimuistoiseen lomaan Suomen Lapissa. Apukassa uudet tiimiläiset toivotetaan yhtä lämpimästi tervetulleeksi kuin jokainen vieras.

Apukka Resort Oy hakee tonttuja kaudelle 2023–2024

Tonttuna olet opas, viihdyttäjä, kaikki yhdessä iloisessa paketissa. Tehtäväsi on tuoda iloa sinne, missä sinä ja vieraasi liikutte. Kerrot tarinoita ja viihdytät lapsia ja aikuisia joulupukin työpajassa. Työskentelet yhdessä muiden tonttujen kanssa ja huolehdit, että vieraasi tietävät minne mennä ja mitä tehdä ja aikataulu pitää ja ohjelma toteutuu suunnitelman mukaisesti.

Koska tontut kuuluvat jouluun, työskentelet joulusesongin ajan marraskuun puolesta välistä joulukuun loppuun. Ennen kauden alkua marraskuun alussa järjestämme tontuille oman tonttukoulutuksen, jossa opit tärkeitä tonttutaitoja, sekä opastamista, asiakaspalvelua sekä ensiaputaitoja.

Tonttuna sinä teet joulusaduista totta. Tärkein työkalusi onkin esiintymistaitosi ja heittäytymiskykysi. Olet sosiaalinen tiimipelaaja. Tulet myös hyvin toimeen lasten kanssa – he ovat sinun suurimpia fanejasi! Lisäksi hallitset hyvin ryhmiä ja sinulta löytyy kielitaitoa ja paikallistietoutta. 

Olet rohkea ja avoin henkilö, jolla on heittäytymiskykyä ja joka tarttuu hommiin oma-aloitteisesti ja joustaa tarvittaessa. Sinulla on sosiaaliset taidot ja luotat ongelmatilanteissa maalaisjärkeen. Puhut sujuvasti englantia – muu kielitaito on eduksi. Olet oivallinen tiimipeluri, mutta et pelkää heittäytyä työhön myöskään itsenäisesti. Sinulla on hyvä stressinsietokyky, ja ylläpidät asiakkaiden elämyksellistä kokemusta kiireestä huolimatta. Olet positiivinen työkaveri, joka osaa ylläpitää paitsi mukavaa työilmapiiriä, myös Joulupukki-sadun tunnelmaa.

Työ on määräaikainen 31.12.2023 saakka ja työt alkavat marraskuussa 2023 tai sopimuksen mukaan.

Apukka Resort Oy is seeking an Elf for the 2023–2024 season

As an elf you will serve as a guide and entertainer, all in one jolly package! Your task is to bring joy wherever you and your guests are. Telling stories and entertaining children and adults alike in Santa’s workshop is your job. You will work together with other elves and ensure that your guests know where to go and what to do while keeping to the schedule and making sure the programme proceeds as planned.

As elves are a part of Christmas, you will be working through the Christmas season from mid-November to the end of December. Before the start of the season, we hold our own elf training for elves in early November where you will learn important elf skills as well as skills in guiding, customer service and first aid. 

As an elf you bring Christmas stories to life. So, your most important tool is your ability to perform and throw yourself into the role. You are a social team player. You also get along great with children – they are your biggest fans! Languages and local knowledge are your thing and you are good at controlling groups. 

You are a bold and open person with the ability to immerse yourself in your work. You show initiative and are flexible when needed. You have social skills and you trust common sense when problems arise. You speak fluent English – other language skills are a plus. You are a terrific team player but you are not afraid to throw yourself into the work by yourself either. Ability to cope with stress is one of your strengths and you help maintain the customers’ experience even when things get hectic. You are a positive workmate who not only maintains a pleasant atmosphere at work, but also keeps the magic in the story of Santa.

Fixed-term work until 31.12.2023. Work begins in November 2023 or by agreement.
