Route to Arctic Ocean is Apukka Resort’s premium tasting menu. Inspired by the pristine landscapes that define the Arctic, it takes you on a culinary journey through the North. Each carefully crafted course highlights the purity of seasonal northern ingredients, brought together with refined Nordic techniques and the creativity of our chefs. Thoughtfully paired with our welcoming hospitality, it’s an evening to savor long after the last course.

The Route to Arctic Ocean menu is served at Restaurant Aitta from 1 August to 25 October 2026, and at Restaurant Olkka from 26 October 2026 onwards.
